Program description

Stallion Ridge Exteriors ("we," "us") operates an SMS program to communicate with homeowners who have requested an estimate or asked us to contact them. Messages relate to your inquiry: appointment scheduling, estimate follow-up, project updates, inspection reminders, and responses to questions you send us.

How to opt in

You opt in by ticking the consent box on one of our web forms at stallionridgebuilt.com - the free roof estimate form or the storm damage report form - and submitting it with your phone number. Each box says what you are agreeing to; the storm damage report box also covers calls and texts sent using an automated dialing system. Ticking the box is your electronic signature. Consent is never a condition of any purchase, and we will still answer a request you send with the box unticked. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Stallion Ridge Exteriors at the number provided.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Stallion Ridge Exteriors does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any additional messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other U.S. carriers.

Privacy
