Stallion Ridge Exteriors ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through stallionridgebuilt.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit our estimate, contact or storm damage report form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the property address, the service you're interested in, and any details you share about your project. On the storm damage report form this also includes photographs of your property, the date the damage happened, and - only if you choose to give them, because none of these are required - your insurance carrier, policy number and claim number. We also automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the URL of the page you submitted from.

Calls. When you call one of our published numbers you hear a short menu. If you choose an option, the call is recorded after a spoken notice at the start of the call, and we keep the recording, the number you called from, the number you dialed and the time of the call so we can answer you properly and check our own service. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call or contact us by email or through the form on this site instead. Messages left on our voicemail are recorded and emailed to us.

To contact you about your estimate request and provide the services you ask about.
To send appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and project updates.
To send text messages (SMS) if you have expressly opted in — see our SMS Terms.
To improve our website, marketing, and customer service.
To comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging & phone numbers

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Who we share information with

We only share your information with:

Service providers that help us run our business (hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery via ClickSend, phone service and call recording via Twilio, analytics) — bound to confidentiality.
Insurance adjusters, only when you ask us to show them your photographs, measurements or estimate; and manufacturers only when necessary to complete your project and with your knowledge.
Government or law enforcement if legally required.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention & security

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting requirements. Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. Photographs and insurance details sent through the storm damage report form are stored in a folder that is not published on our website, and are not sent to your insurance company by us.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting info@stallionridgebuilt.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

Children

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
