Free Roof Estimate

How the free estimate works

1. Start with the address. We measure the roof from aerial imagery, so you do not need to know its size or pitch.
2. We contact you. A Stallion Ridge representative walks you through what the measurements show and answers your questions.
3. A free inspection, if the roof needs one. Some things only show up on site: soft decking, failed flashing, the number of old layers. The inspection costs nothing and carries no obligation.
4. A written estimate. The number comes in writing, after we have seen the roof. We do not publish prices, because every roof is different. The inspection and the written estimate are both free, and there is no obligation to go ahead with the work.

What moves the number

The material, the number of old layers torn off, the pitch, decking repairs, chimneys and skylights, and access. Our roof replacement guide explains each one, the free inspection page covers what we check, and financing is available through Service Finance Company and Hearth, with approved credit.

Where we work

All of Connecticut, plus Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties in New York. Our Connecticut town list has a page for every town, with its design wind speed, snow load and building department.
